**Please be advised that this grant has to be requested by the treating DVM, not the pet parent. Also, please note that funds are somewhat limited--however, if a pet is in need it never hurts to ask what resources may be able to help.
This fund MAY (not guaranteed) be able to help in the following cases:
1. When a pet owner is receiving certain forms of government assistance for low-income individuals.
2. When a pet owner experiences a temporary financial hardship.
3. When a veterinary practice acts as a Good Samaritan and no pet owner exists
